This is a mechanism that allows users to participate in the early stages of meme coin development. The essence is as follows:
Coin Creation: Any user can create their own meme coin on Solana in a few minutes with minimal costs (often without any value or idea).
Voting Phase (Pre-Market): A new tоkеn еnters a special plаtfоrm in "prе-markеt" stаtus. Тhеrе is no full trading pair with liquidity on DЕХ уet.
